🎁 Every Luxury Leads AI plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access — no payment required. This trial is your opportunity to fully evaluate the service before any charge is made.

1. Our Approach: Try Before You Buy

Instead of charging you first and offering refunds later, we remove all risk upfront. During your 14-day free trial you get complete, unrestricted access to every feature of your chosen plan:

AI chat assistant with full lead qualification
Appointment booking system
Property listings and AI recommendations
Lead dashboard, analytics, and email notifications
All team or branch features included in your tier

You are only charged after your trial ends and you choose to continue. By subscribing after a full trial, you confirm that you have evaluated the service and found it suitable for your needs.

2. No Refunds After Trial

Because the free trial provides a complete, unrestricted evaluation period before any payment:

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind.
No refunds are provided for failure to use the service during a paid period.

3. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support:

Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
You retain full access until the end of your current paid billing period.
No cancellation fees apply — ever.
Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged at all.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate charges: If a billing error results in you being charged more than once for the same period, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Extended service failure: If a verified technical failure on our side makes the service completely unusable for 7 or more consecutive days within a paid period, you may request a proportional credit or refund for the affected time.
Legal requirements: Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund, we will comply with that law.

5. How to Request an Exception Review

If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, contact us within 14 days of the charge:

Email our support team with your Agency ID and the email address on your account.
Describe the issue, including dates and any relevant details.
We aim to respond to all refund-related inquiries within 3 business days.

6. Payment Processing

Payments for Luxury Leads AI are processed securely by our payment partner. Any approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to charges made after the updated policy is published. The current version will always be available on this page.
